The Card Concept 100th Challenge!

Hello, happy Wednesday everybody! I’m so honored to be joining along in, The Card Concept 100th challenge. When my sweet crafty friend Angel asked if I want to join in on the fun, just make a card, I said yes!! I mixed and matched two stamp sets from two different companies, The Greeting Farm and Krafting Kimmie Stamps. I had so much fun making and coloring up this card .
I used Copic Markers to color my images and then added some white highlights for added detail. The background was created using, Tim Holtz, Fossilized Amber distress oxide and water. To pull everything together I finished the card off by adding some mixed sequins.

I was inspired by both the pumpkins and pink color scheme in the challenge photo inspiration.

I hope you all enjoyed my card today and thanks for stopping by. Also, another crafty thanks to my sweet friend Angel for inviting me to play along with today's challenge.

Thank you Sow Much- Technique Tuesday Guest Designer

Happy Monday Everyone. Today, I have the honor of Guest designing for Technique Tuesday. Anyone who knows me, knows I'm a sucker for pigs and hope to own a mini pig some day soon. So for today's card I just had to use the adorable, Parker & Penny Pig stamp set.

I colored these adorable piglets using my Copic markers. These little cuties were begging to be on a fun shaker card and I couldn't have agreed more. I had so much fun creating with this set and already have a couple more ideas brewing up on what to do with them next.

You can find this adorable set along with it's coordinating dies over in the Technique Tuesday Shop.
If your new to Technique Tuesday go on over and take a look around they have a plethora of products and an awesome crew of designers, you will get much inspiration from them.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my creation.

I Love you Rain or Shine

Hello everyone, Brianna joining you all today. I'm here to bring a little sunshine and happiness to your day using the adorable, Weather Gnomes stamp set.

Today, I will be focusing on the smaller stamps within this set. My goal was to create a focal point for my card while still keeping it clean and simple.
Let's get started shall we!?

Let's start with the focal point piece of the card....
I started by first stamping and coloring my three little images on my mat, that I cut out using the, Fancy Frame Dies.
(colors used on finished focal point piece as shown above)

I then used the Hearts Galore stencil to add some little hearts for above my rainbow. I though they would look cute and go perfect with my sentiment.

I finished up my focal piece by adding some thinly cut strips of bright colored paper (this is a great way to use up some scraps you may have lying around).

For my background I brought out my sidekick, aka my Misti tool. This comes in super handy when doing repetitive patterns, trying to keep your paper in place & getting a nice dark crisp image.

To finish up I popped up my focal piece by added some scotch 3D foam tape and used some glossy accents to add some Shimmer sequins.

Thank you all for taking time out of your day to stop on by :)

Until next time.

I will be showcasing the ever so amazing, Unicorn Farts stamp set.

How adorable are these stamps!? These are not even all of the stamps from the set, oh yes, there is more cuteness but you'll just have to wait. I colored my adorable unicorns using my Copic Markers. I added some fun white highlights and sparkles using my white sharpie paint marker. As soon as I seen these guys, I knew I wanted to create a shaker card. I colored the beautiful rainbow background using my Zig Watercolor markers onto dry paper. I then sprayed to get colors to blend seamlessly together. I filled my shaker using a mixture of different types of clear sequins.
These sets will be available for purchase starting  Monday April 9th at 12:00 pm EST.

Craftin Desert Divas- March Release in Review- Let's Do Lunch

Hello Everyone. I have a card to share with you using the new, Let's Do Lunch stamp set, from Craftin Desert Divas.

I love creating scene cards and this set is perfect for that.
Once again I did  some mix and matching of sets for this card. As I state above, I did use the new Let's Do Lunch but I also used the, Coffee Trolls set as well. The mushroom house from Coffee Trolls was just perfect to go with the sweet little birdie resting on it's mushroom.
I created the background using two different Distress Oxide inks, Twisted Citron & Broken China

I colored these cute little prehistoric pals using my Copic Markers, then cut the, out using my Brother Scan and Cut machine. I free handed the background then colored in using my Copics again.
I have a weakness for dino's it may be because I have two young boys or that they are just too dang cute...well at least two are anyways.
